How to cook
Remove the product from the refrigerator, open its container and let it come to room temperature for at least one hour.
Add a teaspoon of olive oil on a pan or a griddle and heat it up. Once it’s hot, sear the meat on both sides using cooking tongs.
Serve on a plate and consume while still hot.
